Quora - A platform to share questions and answers...

Quora is a social networking website which is a continually improving collection of questions and answers created, edited and organized by everyone who uses it. Quora founded in June 2009 by Adam D'Angelo, former CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at Facebook and Charlie Cheever. As i said above Adam D'Angelo is a friend of Mark Zuckerberg (CEO, Facebook). Adam D'Angelo resigned from Facebook in 2008. Some resources say that he was no longer interested in partial ownership of the company(Facebook). He was with Facebook for 2 years. Then he co-founded Quora in 2009. In March 2010, it received its funding of $86 million from Benchmark Capital.

Quora is a platform for anyone to know about something, to tell about anything in the form of questions and answers. Quora allows anybody to register for free and create a brief profile to know others who you are and follow your updates. It allows you to create new questions about any particular topic and let others answer for it. Quora helps any person who is looking for some information by allowing him to choose answers from a lot of experts, students and others. Quora will be a future answer book for any question.
